A LITTLE SOMETHING ABOUT GATOR
Gator is a pup that we produced from Memphis and Cheyenne. He was born on May 5, 2019. Gator was going to live in Hawaii working as a ranch and hog dog. At 12 weeks old he slipped playing with Jubal causing a fracture to his left femur. Our options were to attempt to have the fracture repaired , euthanize or amputate. We did not feel that repairing the fracture would have a positive outcome and because Gator was such a cool pup we opted to amputate. After a few weeks to recover Gator resumed his normal activities. He is an outstanding hog dog and watch dog. Gator is also one of our fastest dogs that has not been hampered by the missing limb.
Gator has not been shown. He is also neutered so he's not available as a stud dog.
